SHIPPING POLICY
LOCAL DELIVERIES
Delivery in Kingston is done through a courier service. The cost is J$700.
Delivery to other parishes is done through Knutsford Express. The cost is J$650.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will be mailed out within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please allow for 1-3 weeks for the package to arrive. Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19.
Orders will be mailed through Jamaica Post. A tracking number will be provided once the package has been mailed. This will be sent to you by email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at greetings@veevahome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING OR DELIVERY FEES
Customers are responsible for the shipping or delivery fees associated with the return.
RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
